These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any technical components, machinery parts, or products from our inventory. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Conditions & Business Identity

Company Details: Technic Works operates as a technical and engineering components supplier based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Eligibility: By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.

2. Product Information and Pricing

Inventory Accuracy: We make every effort to display the specifications, conditions, and manufacturing details of our items as accurately as possible. However, minor technical discrepancies or variances may occur.

“Make an Offer” Policy: While standard prices are listed on our site, any custom price submitted via our “Make an Offer” feature is subject to final review and manual acceptance by our team. We reserve the right to accept or decline any custom offers.

3. Payment Terms

To accommodate global B2B and retail procurement, we accept payments exclusively through the following verified channels:

Orders will not be processed, packed, or dispatched until full payment has completely cleared into our respective account.

4. Shipping, Handling, and Global Delivery

Handling Time: We commit to dispatching and shipping items within five (5) business days of receiving cleared payment.

Combined Shipping: Automated combined shipping discounts are applied at checkout where applicable to help save on multi-item orders.

Import Duties and Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be settled upon or prior to delivery.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

30-Day Window: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If a technical component does not match your specifications, you may initiate a return within this timeframe.

Return Shipping Fees: The buyer is strictly responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees or any non-refundable transaction fees will be deducted from the final refund total.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered, and uninstalled condition to qualify for a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Technic Works supplies industrial, electrical, and mechanical components. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, system failure, or operational downtime) resulting from the improper installation, use, or misuse of any products sold.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate purchase agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from transactions will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
